今日は大阪中之島美術館で「アール・デコ100年記念展」を鑑賞しました。面白い作品がたくさんあって、思わずスケッチも少し。ボールペンを使っていたら、スタッフの方に「館内ではペンはご遠慮ください」と優しく声をかけられました。代わりに鉛筆を一本貸してくれました。細くて描きやすかったです。日本の皆さんの親切さに感謝です。

Today at the Nakanoshima Museum of Art, Osaka, we visited the “Art Deco 100th Anniversary” exhibition. I saw many fascinating works and made some quick sketches. When a staff member noticed I was using a pen, she kindly told me that was not allowed and handed me a pencil. It was very thin and easy to use — thanks for the nice Japanese.

今天在大阪中之島美術館有アール・デコ百年紀念展，看到了很多有趣的作品，也隨筆紀錄了一些。工作人員看我拿著原子筆畫跟我說這裡不能用，就給了我一隻鉛筆，薄薄的好好用，謝謝親切的日本人。
